    Check out this MS Flight Sim 2020 Insider Program FAQ which will explain what you need to do to be part of the alpha / beta tests and to become an Insider.

    I signed up to the MS Flight Sim Insider around December 2019 and I am an active user of the Xbox Insider Hub app but I have not been part of any
    alpha/beta tests. Hopefully something will appear soon as I am keen to be part of this too. :-D

    You have to be accepted for the alpha test. Then you will be provided with a link. I've been waiting since January and still no PC invite.
