    Thanks for your reply. I can't even find the products page on their website and I'm find their support is rubbish. I expected an email telling me that it was ready to download but that seems to be too much to expect from MS. Hope you're having better luck
    than me.

    It was released yesterday. Go to the product page to install. If thst still doesnt work then oyunneed to open a suppport ticket

    Fligh Sim 2020 says a mandatory update is available, but no update is offered?!?!?

    I have the same problem. The Sept update for MS Flight Sim 2020 says to update in the game, but the Microsoft store doesn't display any update. I have tried most Store updates and resets listed in the various help sections?

    Any ideas?

    Hello Saul, have tried to see through the Xbox App if the update appears, if not, try the procedure below.

    Install the Xbox app on your PC and sign in with the same Microsoft Store account.

    After that open the store again click on the 3 points on the top right and select "Downloads/Updates"

    On this screen click the "Check Updates" button

    The FS update should appear to you.
