Flickering screen started after Apex Legends crashed, now home screen has permanent...

Hello all,

I was playing apex last night, and in the middle of a game my entire screen froze and the game crashed. The home screen started flickering, and when I tried opening the game back up it froze halfway through the launch. I restarted my Xbox, nothing, and even did a full factory reset and still nothing. Even with all data wiped off the console (including apex), the glitch persisted. The weird thing is, all games work perfectly normal, and the flickering screen doesn’t have any actual effects on the console. The only thing that is actually effected is apex legends, which gets stuck on a black screen when opened.

I’m not exactly sure where this seems familiar from, but I feel like I have seen this glitch before. Maybe some of you have seen this before as well and know what to do. I normally am the go to tech support guy but I’m stumped here. The only thing I really use my series S for is playing apex, so the game not working anymore practically makes my Xbox useless. I would be happy to offer anyone a reward who is able to find a solution, given that my entire console is at stake. I will attach a video of the flickering on the home screen, and a picture of the black screen apex gets stuck on.
