Fixing Xbox Rewards Account

After investigating your account, it looks like you are correctly opted out of the program. We'll opt you back in manually. This will cause your MyDashboard page (https://rewards.xbox.com/mydashboard/)
to show a notice that we are currently in the registration process, and require two days to get your account set up. Once this notice goes away, and you can see a recent join by date on your MyRewards page, let us know with a new post! We'll verify that your
account regions are now matching, and start up the transfer of any old pending Credits.

Xbox support cannot adjust a Xbox Live Rewards account. They awarded you a refund in our name, but that was not done through our Xbox Live Rewards program.

Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your US Rewards Account region and your Russian Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time
of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update
your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

I recently upgraded to gold but my rewards account wasn't recognizing it. So I haven't received points or credit for anything I've been doing for about a week. So, I contacted Xbox Live Rewards and they said there is a problem with my live account itself
that needs fixed first before they can fix my rewards. They did not know what nor say anything else besides that.

Microsoft chat support does not handle the Xbox Live Rewards program. As stated in the FAQ, this is the only place to receive support for your Xbox Live Rewards Accounts. The "Rewards" program they were referring to is Microsoft Rewards, which is a completely
separate program. This forum does not have access to chat support, and does not use support numbers.
