    my brothers account was suspended for an inappropriate image but when i try go online on my account i cant.. i cant go in party chat or message anyone... ive not received an enforcement message.....help

    Sorry to hear about your problem.



    But, have you tried to reformat the hard drive (System, Storage, select the hard drive, Press Y. Then Reformat Drive)? This will erase all of the settings.



    If this doesn't work, you can try contacting Xbox Support (Contact Us | Xbox Support) to see if they can help.

    xbox from ebey and the family settings is locked on,can't play games or anything,does anybody know how to get it off.I have tried all combos noting works,also being on the phone to mirror soft

    For nearly one hour on hold,thinking about throwing it out the windows.any help.

    It is possible the console has received a temporary ban.

    Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team no longer uses the forums.

    Im sorry but all of these sound like damaged/defective discs, the problems are too specific, . Please try the discs in another player
