    Tell me why Microsoft has went down the drain huge in the last few years and getting faster than ever at it. I left Playstation forever because of customer service and xbox is getting very close to next. I know I'm not the only one either. I've been suspended my first 2 times ever this week back to back for looking for group posts and there is nothing that says why I'm being suspended. If you get suspended from all communication for not specifically looking for other players only to do a certain part of a game you need to tell everyone that's all you can use it for and you also need to ban the people actually ruining it by selling and advertising for real money. I haven't said anything wrong in any of my posts and at this point I'm just going to be testing what you'll suspend me for if someone reports it because I've gotten 80+ posts taken down or suspended in the last 3 days and that's with less than an hour of trying in all 3 days combined. That shouldn't be a thing and you really need to look at how you automatically suspend someone with no opportunity for them to fight it. You also need to give a detailed reason on why they are suspended and what they can do to avoid it when the post isn't bad and there are 100s of others like it on the same games. I get banned from all communication because trolls know they can get it done because your system is so terribly made.

    nope i made only 1 purchase of 800 and then i tried to buy 400 and wasnt able to...i already checked with my bank and its not locked or anything for fraud...ive pretty much done every single thing that has been suggested and nothing has worked so microsoft
    is clearly fault for this and i would at least like them to acknowledge their mistake and try to fix it

    Im getting a message that says cannot authorize the selected payment option...however it let me buy 800 just not the other 400...my bank is also perfectly fine...im in the U.S. and so is everything connected to my account...everything normally works till
    yesterday..im also not the only person to have this problem

    has it expired lately and you got a new card ? but the number didn't change?

    remove the card completely then readd it

    my debit card number never changes but it expires lol

    Look here: https://account.microsoft.com/security/

    You can update your security contact information there with a tab on that page.

    Just remember that Microsoft are trying to protect you from unauthorised access to your account rather than harvesting your data. This is very clear in their privacy policy.

    Also, finally, I dont know of a way to "expose your voice" via text message. ;)
