    Seriously, even offline games are crashing while I am playing them? And this due to an online service that crashes...how..why.. even...my mind has been blown as to why they didn't fix this nonsense years ago.cashing in the 1 dollar scam auto renewall subs are we? what do we even pay for when a service that REQUIRES internet is so limited and buggy...the hell Microsaaaaft?

    xbox will only tell you that the game developer has to fix it,we pay a subscription to xbox to even play these games but when arc wont fix know bugs,fix servers that have been complete unplayable for 3 days or in your case get the items you pay for they
    blow it off.

    xbox need to make these companies accountable for your lack of support since we have to pay a fee just to use xbox live or we all stop paying for xbox live and take our business somewhere else

    Be patient... I think 8+ hours of server down time is past the point of patient. We have families, bills, and we pay you guys money each month for what, for you to take your time fixing servers? Then again, corporate america. Money rules over customer
    satisfaction.

    we are paying for service that Microsoft offers to us for a price!!! reliable servers. Upgrades to our xbox and timely fixes to the xbox software stop person that mod there xbox to cheat. and the list goes on.. All I can say it to try the gold free month
    and compare for your self with ps3.. then make up your own mind on the system that best fit your needs...I for one like what we get I been paying for mine for over ten years.. .I just miss the family plan
