    Why is the Xbox 360 better than the Xbox one s at least on there I can sign in and play my games because this stupid thing has to be on the Internet and connected at all times I can't play any, repeat any of my games. On Xbox 360 it would be easy just sign
    in different play here my Xbox refuses to let me do anything until I sign in then tells me sorry that I can't and is making me a hostage to my own consol and having to wait for someone to fix it. I also can barely text on this stupid forum.

    Just calm down, go ahead and try to redeem it again. Fix your garbage ;)

    I for myself needed two tries as well but then it worked.

    Also there is a service alert at the moment affecting the marketplace so you may experience some problems right now.

    Just got my Evolve code, and can't even redeem it because Microsoft can't provide good service, WHICH THEY PROMISED. Everyday it's something else with you guys, partys, marketplace, etc. The Xbox 360 was 10x better than this crap, WHY DID I GET NEXT GEN?

    Fix your garbage

    Go to settings and under network settings you can set your console to 'offline' This will allow you to play your games for now until the issue is fixed.

    I fixed this garbage, it was more easier than i thought.

    U just need to go Xbox page on ur browser, go to your account, subcripcions and ask for a refund. You will not play forza, but u will be free of the 450690998 problems this garbage system have.
