    FIX YOUR GAME!


    I hit a too fast while switching from plants to zombies and now I'm getting freaking hate mail out the butt over it! FIX THE GAME SO YOU DON'T BECOME A PLANT FROM JUST TRYING TO BE A ZOMBIE *THROWS CONTROLLER ACROSS THE ROOM*. Freaking getting blamed for
    modding when I accidentally hit A too fast while switching teams, it's ridiculous!

    Probably. Though it would never had come to thins if they had just stayed with a system that seemed to work just fine. In fact there were quite a few cool ideas that the early COD's had that for some reason were never expanded on in the subsequent versions.

    Though I do wonder, in regards with all the finger pointing at Treyarch, how much of of a role did Activision themselves have in making these decisions? No one ever thinks about the Publishers and automatically just blames the developer for all things wrong
    within a game. Activision does call all the shots in the overall process after all.

    The reason, imho, the connection problems seem to be a bigger issue each year is for 2 reasons: 1, the addition of theater & splitscreening; and 2, the population explosion of this community. Take Louise's point that cod3 (a game I felt had horrid frame
    rate issues) lagged less than BO2 does ... why? Well, BO2 has probably 10x more players than cod3 had -- it's a factor.

    I seriously wish they would bring back the connection system of COD3. Worked great, never had games end due to a host quitting. Hell, it didnt even really have a host being as all the "host" could do was change game settings. It worked far better than
    this nonsense.

    99% of my deaths are lag related. JK, but I have played a TON of online mp over the past 5 or 6 years (over 150 days in COD mp alone) and I can "feel" out a connection with the best of them. I can tell big time. I will mention that the last 1 or 2 CODs has
    had a weird "host" feel. Its like the game almost has two host, or the game changes host during the middle of a game, it hard to explain. It may have a bit to do with EVERYONE whining about lag comp and I believe a TON of bandwidth manipulating is going on
    around the community because people think it may help, dunno.

    The ironic thing is that most people whine their head off when they get killed by lag, but practically no one admits to doing well because the enemy team MIGHT be lagging. You die, it's lag fault; you get a kill, the other player sucks -- I love this community!
