FIX YOUR DAMN GAME MICROSOFT!!!!!!

why is this game always down - i actually do look forward to playing bingo and when i do have the time to play it always seems to be down and not playable -- WHY?????

Just please for the love of god get the game fixed so we can have just a bit of enjoyment in our lives again!!!!!

I can not launch my Microsoft bingo. it says check your account here is the error code OxB03F8001.

this is ridiculous why are we having so many damn problems with this game. fix it or get attorney because I know several people that would go in on a suit because Microsoft programs are not working properly.

I just got my new computer and its already asking for updates. what the hell.

Fix the damn problems.

 

Microsoft, fix your Sudoku game

Like many other users, Microsoft Sudoku will not let me login. Of course the game puts the blame on the Internet connection at my end when it appears to be the fault at Microsoft's end. All my other Microsoft games (Solitaire Collection, Minesweeper, Word
Games, Mahjong, Jigsaw, Taptiles and Bingo) have no problems with login or with Internet connection.

This is not the first time Microsoft has had these type of problems with its games. They made a similar claim to me when I complained how their Solitaire Collection kept dropping its connection one day when there were several other gamers who had the same
problem during one of its event competitions. The tech who replied back to me had the stupidity to suggest I connect to the Internet with a wired connection when the fault was clearly at Microsoft's end.

Please fix your game, Microsoft.
