You need to contact xbox support on chat or call and tell them the problem they will get you a ticket to activision but you need to get a support ticket from them as xbox's activision number is out of date but copy down
the ticket the person gives you.

Forza Horizon 3 Wont Install

Hi,

I have Forza Horizon 3 disc, and when I try and install the game onto my Xbox One, the installation is always stopping at 7%. When i try the try installation again option, it will change to installing, however it does not install, and after about 30 seconds,
it will come back with installation stopped. I have tried installing it offline, and still it stops installing after a certain amount.

Any Fixes?

Hi,

OK if you are asked to update the game means you try to install the game from disc.

Just answer the update question with NO during the installation.

After the installation is finished start the game and update it then.

Before you do so I would recommend you to empty the console cash.

If the power is on press and hold the power button at the console for about 10 sec until it's off.

Wait 5 minutes and then try to install the game the way I've told you.

- May I ask which Xbox model you are using?

- Do you have any external storage units plugged into your console? if you do, please remove them all and try installing your game directly onto the console's internal storage.

If that doesn't work or you are not using external storage with your console, then please give this a try:

- Eject your disc, and leave it out throughout this process.

- Go to Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features, and make sure Remote Features are enabled for your console.

- Restart your console.

- Download the Xbox mobile app and connect it to your console.

- Look for your game through the app's search bar.

- Select "*Download to console". This should trigger a digital download for the game, even if you've never purchased it digitally.

- Wait for the game to complete installation and insert the disc, then try launching the game.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Try downloading the game digitally by following the steps below:

1. Cancel the installation and remove the disc.

2. Perform a powercycle on your console.

A. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

B. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

3. Launch Xbox app on your phone and search for the game.

4. Click the game and choose "Download to Console"

5. Wait for the game to install completely before inserting the disc to play it.
