Fix those latency problems already!

Its a known issue judging the threads at the forum, that the players outside the US have a way too high latency, its because we get connected to a server in the US, now i as an European player, expect more from you guys, this has taken way too long! We also
pay to play on the xbox one not only americans.We just both a second xbox one for the kids, went thru 4 xbox360, buy enough games and season passes,even xbox live gold.

Now playing Infinite Warfare and Battlefield online is just plane ****, even the remastered version is crapp online.

You clearly feel you are way behind other players,reaction wise.Now pls fix the problems, or give us our money back,plain and simple, if not just dont bring it out,outside the US. Next time we will think twice about buying Microsoft consoles!

Horrible Latency Problems

My Xbox One has a wireless connection to my internet router and i seem to be having lots of problems with my latency. I normally get 15Mbps download speed and around 1Mbps upload speed but then my latency is rocketing up to 200 or even higher. Is there any
way i can fix the high latency or not.

Microsoft fix these problems already!!!!

Long story im going to make this short its been a week since my headset isn't working thought you guys could fix the problem but guess not..... Now im trying to buy black ops three on the one...... I can't even buy that because theres an error code and
from what i been saying everyone is having problems with xbox... Im trying to say this in the most proper and nicest way i can FIX ALL THIS PROBLEMS NOW BECAUSE IM TIRED OF LISTENING TO PEOPLE WHO TELL ME STEPS I HAVENT TRIED WHEN I DID EVERYTHING YOU SAY
TO FIX THIS IS REALLY NONSENSE MICROSOFT GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER p.s love Scarface.

I can't answer on behalf of Microsoft or Xbox about the issue itself a part from making sure your connection is fast enough.

That being said though. I recommend you go to feedback.xbox.com to post your suggestions as they all get reviewed there and peers can vote for your suggestion acting as a sort of petition format.

I have a problem with the latency....I`m from Romania...I have a 100mbps internet connection and thinking of upgrading to 1000mbps ...if i run test multiplayer connection i get somewhere around 80mbps upload and download ... but the latency is around 180
!!!! First i thought it`s a problem on my side...but seems that everyone in my area has the same problem !!! PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM because i really cant play FIFA and probably any other multiplayer game like this !!!!. WE PAY XBOX LIVE AND
WE GET 180 LATENCY...THAT`S NOT FAIR !!!! PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM

I have already took a look through all of those prior to contacting support. Nothing there fixes my problem.
