    Fix this!!!


    I have been receiving emails from Xbox live customer support about me "violating" the agreement! When I went to call Microsoft customer support, they said there is nothing I can do! CLEARLY MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HACKED!! WHAT MAKES THIS WORST, is now I am
    being told that I hacked my OWN account!!!! so they supposedly suspended me and they deleted most of my achievements/gamerscore (it was over 120,000 and now it's only about 7,000).

    I know it sounds dumb to you probably but I take my gamerscore/achievements very seriously. That's 6 years worth of gaming deleted in seconds. I have been on hold FOR OVER A HOUR and no one is answering the phone when I was put on hold!!!

    Someone needs to contact me and FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I got overwatch but by october the game says i have to buy it again and whenever I go to it in ready to install it takes me to error code one

    Fix this!!!

    It sounds frustrating, but they must have evidence of you using game saves or some other means of circumventing the achievement system. They look very closely at that before they delete your gamerscore.

    I'd say you won't get an answer to your query here, but you can have them look at your case at enforcement.xbox.com

    Im sorry but all of these sound like damaged/defective discs, the problems are too specific, . Please try the discs in another player
