According to the clip you recorded, it seems like the sound is very low. I even had to turn the volume up to the maximum using headphones to perceive it properly. If you can only hear it by getting very close to the console fan, then it's something normal, and you shouldn't worry. If the sound increases over time or if it becomes noticeable at a normal distance from the console, then it would be advisable to apply the warranty.

Its a known bug that generally affects Blu-rays and a few streaming services and is related to the screen saver feature on your Xbox. From my experience, it will persist across resets. The quickest fix is to go to your settings, Then go to preferences,
then go to Idle options. Scroll over to the Dim screen settings and set it to the maximum of 60 minutes to give you the longest amount of time without interruption. Hopefully the next update can give us a disable Dimming Option.

Yesterday xbox had a few issues with their services, if you continue to experience this issues dont worry they are going to get fix very soon, your messages will be fine

Well according to the Xbox live status it says they fixed the issue, but I still don't have my friends list up. I even tried logging off and on on both the Xbox and this site. How long should I wait until its all back up?
