Fix this error online (0x8000ffff) - but nothing seems wrong when i look at my account.live.com

Hi all,

I opened a new account on my son's Xbox 1s to go alongside his regular account and so that his brother could use it. It worked for about a day and then I got the error message in the title. When I log in and look at the accounts in my family group I can't
see any errors. All my information is up to date I believe.

Deleted the account and tried it again, but the same thing happened - he's particuarly upset as he had paid for coins on that account.

Can anyone help please?

Ok, this is weird. For some reason when I did that it worked, but not fixing the problem. It checked the error code to something else...

Code: 0x8000FFFF

Mind also finding a fix for that? Thanks!

There is no error code just says there is a problem with account and to fix it online at my account.live.com. I have been on there and cant find a problem

I have question I keep getting error code 8007065b on my Xbox 360 when there is nothing wrong on my internet connection I checked Xbox server status there they said nothing is wrong I am upset that I keep getting this error code is there anything that

UPDATE. I no longer seem to be getting any error codes when I log into Xbox Live, haven't seen any for a few days, so that seems to be fixed. But still cannot play Halo Reach or Halo 3 matchmaking, just keep getting a message saying the server is unavailable.
My ISP claim there is nothing wrong on their end.
