    Fix this controller issue!!!


    Controller CONSTANTLY disconnects!!! Ive tried all your silly remedies and NONE OF THEM WORK, check for “wireless interference”, “reset” controller, “reset” console, factory reset console… STILL having issue…. Bought new controllers, bought a new series S AND X console…. SAME ISSUE…. Fix it or get sued by thousands of people who purchased your product and you refuse fix the issue as it becomes nearly completely unplayable

    It could be an issue with the connection for the Xbox 360 controller, try a different controller, that might fix the issue.

    Hey Pepe - this was an issue in the latest update (1407.) The engineers are aware of it and are working to fix the issue. As of right now, the temporary fix of doing a hard reboot is the only resolution, but they are working on a permanent fix for the controller
    failing to power up the console, the controller failing to turn off when the console is shut down, as well as various issues where the controller loses connection temporarily.

    Skunkable I do believe if you update your controller it should fix that issue I had a lag issue with my controller then I updated it and it fixed itself so I would try that
