**** fix this comm ban issue

i comm ban supposedly ended on 12/30/17, one whole day has passed and i still cant speak to my friends but i can hear them?!

Suspension ended over a week ago, still can't use communication services

Dude you're up a creek without a paddle this has been a "known" issue since October and nobody has any fix for it, and they keep handing out comms bans knowing it's going to screw peoples party chat over, it's ridiculous.

I cant talk to anyone in my xbox live party, however i can hear them just fine.

Could be a NAT type issue or a comm ban.

Try checking these.

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

Remove your account from the Xbox.

Give your Xbox a power cycle.

Add your account back into the Xbox.

Attempt to use the social features now.

Is there a possibility you might have been comms banned? As to pertain, being comms banned will disable all of which you have said to be having issues with. Lemme know the answer and I'll keep trying to work out solutions with you!!

Far as I know, comm bans only apply to the account in question and don't transfer....only time that would apply would be if it was a console ban as it would affect all accounts on that particular console.

A comm ban would apply to any comms on the XBox Live/Microsoft network...presumably Apex use their own servers for game chat (or do they use XBL for it?).

No clue whether your issue is because of a ban (pretty sure it just doesn't even attempt to connect if banned) or a tech issue, though given your perfect enforcement record, sounds more like a tech or settings issue

The Enforcement website is currently having issues...the suspicion is the suspensions aren't actually permanent bans but, for some reason, the system is sending that notification instead of the proper one ie a likely 24 comm ban for a first offense.

unfortunately, all you can do is wait for the website to get fixed
