FIX THE ENFORCEMENT ACTION

I am tired of getting instantly banned after blocking and reporting someone. I LITERALLY have to wait 2 weeks till i get unbanned, i may have no voice or say in the matter but i think the system should be more fair to the players. INSTEAD WE HAVE A SYSTEM THAT INSTANTLY GET YOU BANNED OFLINE.
I DID exactly as you XBOX professionals say. i blocked and reported the user yet he stands fine and is currently trash talking with all his friends. AND i get punished. i called xbox live and give me the "we can't do anything about it" uhhhhhhh really? NO
get this fixed. I've lost friends to this stuff and the system is just plain broken. make a system where you receive a warning that you will get banned if you keep up with what your doing. but you made a system where anyone could spam the report button and
that person would get banned. PLS MICROSOFT fix this.

Enforcement action

An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

Despite what some may claim, XBLPET will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions
always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

 

wow it wouldn't let my comment load ok yes i have faced the same problem thing is these players are spam reporting you so that ruins your rep and gets you banned tech has not been help either enforcement seems to not care nor help
and since it is after the fact it is even harder to prove my problem came from rage quitting racist on friday the 13th was told to block and report them yet my rep was ruined without a ban it seems xbox rewards the trolls and the racist and doesn't care about
good gamers this is a very toxic gamer community
