    the social and shop items do not work Can send or receive gifts. can not shop when will microsoft and xbox fix my problem it has been almost 2 weeks now of them not working.

    COULD SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEMS WITH THE BINGO GAME. I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO FIX THE 27 BINGOS I GOT IN TANZANIA (SILVER) SEVERAL DAYS AGO, THAT HAVE NOT BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT! AND STILL NO TICKETS OR COINS IN SHOP! FIX THIS PLEASE

    Clean the cache of your console, You need to press and hold power button for 10 seconds, after this You just need to wait 2 minutes then you will turn Xbox on.

    my xbox will play dvds/movies but not games

    Maybe a problem in the system, or the scanner inside. I suggest you take it to one of the shops to get it fixed.
