    Fix Mahjong


    Mahjong has ceased to function on my PC. Error code 101 107 1. Followed instructions, uninstalled game , re-installed , and nothing worked. Please assist.

    Received Error Code 101_107-1 at Mahjong .

    What is the Error Code 101_107-1 at Mahjong meaning ? Unable to access Mahjong. Not working. Can u please help me and fix this, thank You very much.

    Sorry to see any issues with launching Mahjong. There was an update last week, and this could be affecting your ability to launch the game.

    You're getting an error starting with 101. On the
    Casual Suite Facebook page    , they have some troubleshooting steps you can try for Windows 10 games, however it appears that you will need to notify them in the comments there on what you are running into. If you haven't already, I suggest trying to download
    the game directly from the
    Windows Store     again instead of from your purchase history.

    I understand that some people just don't have Facebook. If that's the case for you, please let us know so that we can look into our other potential options. Fix Mahjong :)

    Windows 8 PC can not connect to Xbox LIVE

    Same issue for both Mahjong and Wordament -- but interesting that my iPod won't connect to Worament either -- so maybe some system wide problem. Hey, maybe they will fix the lost points, coins, etc in Mahjong!! I won't hold my breath...

    Next puzzles won't unlock

    I have an update on the unlock problem. The fix was deployed, and doing the following did help many. Uninstall Mahjong> restart pc> wsreset.exe>reinstall mahjong. However as of 6/1/2015 a different issue is still plaguing some. Use facebook for support
