    Why is it not fixed yet??

    I have most of my friends online playing and you cant fix this in 4 hours???

    PC/playstation looks like a better option not XBOX that we pay for.

    lets get real here we are all inconvienced here and will not get a single credit or anything to pay for our troubles except “we are sorry”.

    i hope you say that to the next person that fixes your car and says sorry you broke down we will take our time and fix it and you only get “we are sorry” no real update or time frame.

    So fix it or do something about our troubles!!

    I agree in that they owe Xbox live gold members at least one day of free xbox live. The outage has gone on long enough in America to affect an entire night's worth of usage which for anyone working is a full day of usage.

    They are working on a fix. Depending on the issue, it can take quite a bit of time to resolve.

    In regards to the PlayStation 4, you still have to pay for PSN to go online and play most of the games. The only ones that are really excluded are free-to-plays.

    News flash PlayStaion goes down too. Or do we forget when it went down for a month and a half back in 2011? As well as certain PC games. They are working their hardest to get it up and running for everyone. You'd also have to pay to use PSN and you'd only
    get 2 games with PlayStation Plus, opposed to the 4 you get with Games with Gold.
