still not working, have remove account and tried to add account bt still coming with same message, we have two xboxs in the house and and this one is causing ne end off issues

This will be under xbox, you can follow these steps below :

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide
2. Select Settings
3. Select All Settings
4. Under "Account," select Remove accounts
5. Select the account that you want to remove
6. Select Remove to confirm
7. When you're finished, select Close

How to re-download your account:

1. Scroll left from Home to open the guide
2. Scroll down and select Add & manage
3. Select Add new
   • Note: You won't be creating a new account when you select this option. You're just adding your existing profile to the Xbox One console
4. Type the email address or phone number you use to sign in to your Microsoft account
5. Enter your password. If you've forgotten it, select I forgot my password, and then follow the instructions to recover your account
6. Review the privacy statement summary, and then select Next
7. Select your Sign-in and security preferences
8. Check out how you look on Xbox, and then select Next
9. Choose your color, and then select Next
   • Note: The preference that you're currently using at home appears with a checked box
10. Press the Xbox button on your controller to return to the Home screen
