    FIX FOUND for White Screen on Windows 10 when loading Microsoft Solitaire Collection


    Here is a fix for the white screen when ads try to load.... Only tried on Windows 10....

    Go to Start, Settings, Apps, Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advance Options, Reset

    Sadly, this fix was posted and replied to in the past few weeks but got buried by lots of posters creating new posts for the same problem. Hope this helps your specific problem.

    White Screen of Death

    I can no longer get the Microsoft Solitaire Collection to work on my Win 10 desktop. It goes to a completely white screen with no options for change on the screen.

    Tried this, and still not working. I'm using a surface pro 4 i7, all updated. This is very frustrating. For me, its only the solitaire, mahjong has been working fine. Clearly MS broke their ads in the latest update, and has no QA, and doesn't appear to
    care, given the number of complaints about this issue.

    The fix works but problem only occurs when the Hero Zero add plays then I have to reset it.Microsoft Needs to put out a Fix for that.

    5. When I hit the Microsoft Solitaire Collection tile on the Start page, the blue screen with Microsoft Solitaire Collection on it appears for a long time. When it finally loads and I try to start any game mode it stays stuck on blue loading screen.

    6. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but no change. Checked all Windows and Windows Store updates and I have every latest ones.

    Non-acceptable solution: Problem started when I updated nVidia drivers to newest one (332.21), if I revert to older drivers Microsoft Solitaire Collection is working fine. I can't and don't want to use older graphics drivers. Any fix for this issue?
