Fix for XBOX Live rewards

I think this fixed my issue, not sure if it was just this. I canceled my first xbox live rewards account and set up a new one to my account with a new email. Even though the email didnt set up immediately, took a few days like the site stated. Trying
to find the link to where you cancel the xbox live rewards or opt. It takes you to a page and it asks are you sure you want to opt out of this program. If you're having the same issue which its seems like alot are, then just try to find that page I'm talking
about, opt out, then rejoin with your new email. Should fix the issue within a few days. try this as well Results in Xbox - Microsoft Community make sure your email is turned on to receive communications
just in case.

Never received pionts for signing up for Bing rewards

I have not received my 2000 Xbox live rewards credits for singing up joining Bing rewards. Please help and fix this issue

Funny thing about this is not one person from microsoft, on the forums, or even when I called in could even answer this question. Make me an ambassador I know more than half of these noobs on here. lol

 

That information is actually in the program's FAQ. You just don't necessarily have to opt out in order for it to work.

Will I still receive Xbox Live Rewards Credits if I change my Microsoft account (email)?

Yes. Updating your Microsoft account (email) associated with your Gamertag will not impact your Xbox Live Rewards Credits deposits. However, if you do make this change, you won't be able to sign into the Xbox Live Rewards site with your old Microsoft account
(email) until you take an extra step. After 72 hours, you will need to re-register for the program with the new Microsoft account (email). After 4 days you should be able to sign in with your new Microsoft account and view your information on the MyRewards
page.

Phone/chat support do not handle the rewards program so they don't have correct information on how it works. That's why they couldn't answer it for you.
