Fix for error code 0xc101a3ff

I rented John Wick 3 and I watched a third of the film with no trouble but then tried to launch it a couple days after and everyday after but it comes up with this error code: 0xc101a3ff.

It was on the films & tv app, I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but that didn’t do anything.

I’ve also tried the Xbox support website so many times now to request a callback but no matter what I do it comes up saying that I can’t have a callback so try again later. I’ve tried it for 8 days now and it still hasn’t worked. Any suggestions would be great.

I get error code 0xc101a3ff, there is a thread about this already in the error code section of the forums. I hope they get this fixed soon. I paid for the season...

I put my wrong email on accident. But I’ve rented like 6 movies the last two weeks and everything was fine. I’m trying to watch Gamer and got about 25 minutes in and got the code u got. Can’t get support either. Nice customer service. I’m 4th In line and it’s been 2 hours. I want a refund on all the movies I rented, because none are accessible and they’re good for a while still.

I’ve deleted it come back into store and there’s no watch option. Only rent again I’ve already paid for once..

If you read the chat box above rent while hovering over it, it clearly says "When you select Rent, you'll have 14 days to start the movie and 2 days to finish it." [OT removed]

Same issue as the other guy - you have given advice that effectively invalidates the rental.
