Fix for download speed and practical idea to increase game library size.

I am not sure if this is where this should go but here it goes. I found my internet connection speed at the modem differed very much from the download speed that the Xbox game pass pc app was capable of. I adjusted delivery optimization settings as suggested on a quick google search. I port forwarded my gaming laptop to Xbox live. I changed administrator permissions manually. I cleared the cache and started my pc to clear the virtual paging files on my SSD and my ram cache. I updated every driver and program. I disabled all virus/firewall protection temporarily and still had no success. It stayed around 25% of connection speed and the forums were filled with people having the same issue. I noticed that the downloads also opened in the windows store downloads and updates. So I began a game, paused the download, closed the Xbox game pass application completely. I resumed the download through the windows store application. The download speed matched my connection speed and I was able to download games at a much improved rate. So my question is why does the app download the game as well? Why doesn't the app just start the download in the windows store and open the window and min the game pass window to the system tray? This would make the most sense to me. It would remove the apparent bottleneck that is present, as well as allowing the app to be a lighter file size. I understand why a 60$ NFL 21 isn't on game pass but why not a 15$ NFL blitz? Add the Xbox arcade to Xbox game pass and game pass pc. You own the content already, also the pc people would like the games available to mobile users and vice versa. Streaming an emulator for a pc to mobile and an emulator for a mobile to a pc. That could be an added install to make it optional for those not interested, don't have the storage etc. Where are the classics? I am surprised I can play dos games through my web browser like the Oregon Trail or War Inc. but I can't on a gaming app? What about deer hunter or something? Where are the tycoon games? Empire earth, Mech warrior 5? Where's 4? 3? 2? 1? Also you're missing an opportunity to partner with GameStop. If any of these ideas make it to the light of day or someone thinks they are worth the time, thank you. If not, thank you for reading this novel I have rambled. I have ideas for controllers, systems, new drives and optimization of system components if interested..
