Fix for blank sign in screen after putting in account info in Minecraft Dungeons

Neeto put my Microsoft account on Minecraft dungeons

Hello Kule, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

In the Minecraft Launcher go to View All Accounts in the drop-down under your icon, and add a Microsoft account. Put in the info you use to log into Dungeons. Now you have to switch between accounts to play Dungeons (Microsoft) or Minecraft Java (Mojang) but it's all saved in the launcher.

May i know if you already tried power cycling the console?

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

The same thing happen to me.. I was setting up a Game Day for Minecraft Dungeons. I had the leave it blank to make it go thru. Tech Team is going to fix it soon.. For now leave it black to set up your post..
