    I have a xbox360 E and i tried to join xbox live ,and it says to enter my first name, i put my real name,i invented a name and every name i put ,it says the name isn t valid for use on xbox live, i don t know what to do anymore, any advice will help.

    Hello there!

    For your issue, please try first checking that you are not using any special characters or spaces when putting in the name; Because that could be causing your issue.

    You could try instead to set everything up on the website online if the Xbox is not letting you do it.

    What is the name you are trying to enter? To be clear, you are getting this while trying to create a new account, correct? Or are you editing an existing account?
