"First Gen"Xbox One freezing on Startup and Not Loading App & Games

So ever since I updated to the new dashboard update version "10.0.16299.3031" my apps would slowly load up, and after about 7 - 10 mins of waiting they would load, or say fail to load... This happen to all my games and apps; even for launching the setting
app. Now, what I found fixes the bug for only a week or two, depending on the update you install. Their are two main thing you have to do to fix this problem. First hard power reset, so hold the power button for at least 15 to 20 seconds. Then when it turns
off unplug the console for 30 seconds. After waiting plug the console back in and test your console to see if it works. For me that wasn't enough to fix it, So I repeated the first step. Then when the console was off; after the hard reset. I pressed and held
the sync button and the eject button, and just pressed the power while holding the sync and eject button. This lead me to the fixing boot menu, and I selected factory reset, and keep games and apps. After all that was done I signed in to the Xbox like it was
new, updated the app I wanted to use and it seem to work, granted it may not last long.
