First game after start up always crashes on XBOX One

I purchased this game around the time it came out and have no success. It used to crash after about 30 minutes of play losing all of my progress on challenges/zombies, but now it crashes almost instantly after starting up. I have an xbox one x if that

wait scratch my last comment, after the game finnaly started i played the first lvl and after completing it, it crashed and froze my xbox , and when i restarted it the same original problem with the game continued

I get it might be a problem with windows itself but i know what i've done for my assumption why the game starts crashing: when i didnt have the "full" xbox package on my comp, the games booted up, worked well but i couldnt sign in since it didnt detect
xbox. then after i reinstalled every xbox app with powershell, the crashing started again so my guess is: xbox app boots up on launch of the game, tries to load the overlay to let asphalt access this and that resulting in a crash for reasons the xbox app might
cause. like i said ive had this problem since the very first creators update came out. I'll look into it tomorrow and try to crash some processes and see if it helps.

Forgot to mention that it sometimes crashes during specific points in a game. There was this cutscene in Dragon Ball Kakarot that always used to cause my Xbox to crash due to overheating. I got around it by skipping this one cutscene as soon as it started.
