    Olá... Tenho um controle de xbox one e usava normalmente no windows 10... Porém tentei atualizar o firmware do controle pelo aplicativo acessórios xbox. A atualização não passou dos 0% e já deu erro... Após isso o windows não reconhecia mais o controle como
    "controller" nos dispositivos e impressoras, e sim como como "controller update"... O controle também não liga mais... Apenas reconhece como dito acima... Acredito que tenha corrompido o firmware do controle... O que eu posso fazer para resolver?

    Obs: o app acessórios xbox também não reconhece o controle...

    [Mod Translation - Hello ... I have an xbox one control and used it normally on windows 10 ...
    But I tried to update the control firmware by the xbox accessories app.
    The update was no more than 0% and already gave error ... After that windows no longer recognized the control as "controller" on devices and printers,
    but as "controller update" ... The control also does not turnon.
    .. Just acknowledge as stated above ... I believe it has corrupted the control firmware ... What can I do to solve?

    Note: The xbox accessories app does not recognize the control ...

    As I mentioned before, the app doesn't recognize the control ... The control doesn't even turn on anymore ... Only windows recognizes as "update controller". I would need a way to reinstall the controller
    firmware ...

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with updating a controller.

    If you have already attempted to
    update your controller     via USB and PC, then the only other option would be to replace the device.

    If that controller is still within warranty, which can be verified by following

    this     link, then you can create a service order, which should get the device replaced through us.

    I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.

    Eu não teria nenhuma forma de reinstalar o firmware do controle pelo pc? O que eu acho estranho é que o windows continua reconhecendo o controle (de uma maneira diferente, mas reconhece). Nem se eu colocasse em um xbox one?

    Olá Bruno, você utiliza doungle ou cabo? e quando você tentou atualizar a internet estava ok? Se você ligar o controle no Console via cabo usb ou no pc ele tbm não dá sinal de vida?
