Firestarter Won't Unlock

Here's the issue I have been dealing with since June:

The issue I am having is that the Firestarter achievement in Dragon Age: Inquisition will not unlock. I have attemtpted to unlock it by trying over and over. I've tried a new save. I've tried a new character from scratch. The issue is that I had unlocked
it before the achievements were "live" on Xbox.com. So I deleted my profile and downloaded it again in an attempt to get it again. The requirements have already been met and so I can't get it to unlock again. This has happened occasionally with other games
but I've never had a problem. I orignally contacted Riley at Xbox Support in June. Nothing. Most recently, I spoke with Charisse and she said that she was going to make sure it got fixed. It didn't. Last night I was speaking to Nate and then he lost connection.
I was redirected to Alex and he was a big help. I think we were close to fixing it but then the session ended prematurely because my computer restarted itself for no apparent reason. Lastly, I spoke to Cathleen but I didn't have time to go through it all over
again.

I have tried every step available at this point. I'm a member of TrueAchievements.com and that was the first place I looked. That was no help. I have done everything that you will most likely suggest. I followed the link that you'll want to give me and have
tried those steps. Nothing. I have completed the survey and still nothing. As it stands, I'm the only one that appears to have this problem. At this point, the only thing that will work is if the tech guys at Xbox go into my profile, remotely unlock the achievement
and then I redownload my profile. In case I haven't said it, my issue is on Xbox 360.

I was connected to Xbox Live when I unlocked it but the achievements were not listed on Xbox.com. When I unlocked it, it showed on my console but not on the website as the DLC achievements hadn't been listed. As a result, when I redownloaded my profile,
the achievement was erased from my console. The DLC achievements were not on Xbox.com for more than a month after the DLC release.

So here I am, posting in the forums. The above is from the transcript of my chat today. If someone could help, that would be great. Don't bother telling me about TrueAchievements. That won't help in this case.

Rise of the Tomb Raider on Win10 Achievements Not Unlocking

Hey there, BKLortz! To clarify what is going on, are these achievements listed as "Done! Unlocking..." or are they simply not unlocking for you?

We are aware of achievements taking longer than normal to fully unlock. If your achievements simply say that they are unlocking, the only thing you can do is wait for them to fully unlock.

As of right now, the only achievements not unlocked on your account that I can see are Firestarter and 4 Baba Yaga achievements. Are there others that you are missing?

 

Achievements won't unlock!

I haven't had any achievements unlock on WWII since 11/4/2017. (It's only call of duty WWII that this is occurring on). I completed the campaign on veteran and only got achievements up to Champagne and Caviar ( complete the Liberation mission) I'm also prestige
3 for multiplayer but havent received the achievement for prestiging.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so has any ways to fix it been found?

Seriously? Not one reply from anyone? The forum "community" on Xbox.com sucks. Thanks for nothing. I shouldn't expect any less, given that "customer support" was ridiculously useless. Oh, and BioWare was no help either before you say to talk to them.
