    Microsoft, the failure to fix this problem reflects on your abilities. If there was an issue to buy the coins and it was broke, Microsoft would most definitely fire them and find somebody that could fix it. Its always about money. You should at least
    update all of us who play the game on what you are doing to resolve the issue. Most of us play this for enjoyment, Your failure to fix this has removed that.

    Bingo connection problems

    I think nobody is working today to fix Microsoft bingo. Afterall it is New Years Day! If someone is working can u please fix the

    connection to Microsoft bingo please! Because everyone has the same problems since hours. Yesterday it didn't work well either but after a while I could still play some bingo games.

    Can't someone find the right person who can fix the connection problems? Is this how Microsoft typically works? I've lost key and gifts because the connection gets lost shortly after I get a bingo. The match wasn't anywhere near over but I lost connection
    and therefore lost my points. Now I haven't been able to reconnect for the last 5 hours!!!

    Yep same thing here. reads blu rays but only some 4k movies. Even 4k movies that worked a few months ago now do not read. Whoever is in charge of the blu ray app needs to be fired and someone with brains take their job.

    Agreed. Either the server is a piece of ****, or it's programmed to dump rewards so that people pour money into the piece of **** game. Whoever is on this team at XBox/Microsoft should be fired. If I ran my servers like this, I'd be out of a job and living
    under a bridge.

    Very bizarre second controller issue.

    some games have issues with this it seems. The game assigns controller to whoever hold it, try standing in view of the kinect sepratly and both holding a controller. Maybe you can fix it by turning the kinect off int he settings?
