Finished September Game Pass Quest and Haven't got my prize

I completed The Master Chief Collection quests that were available in September and have not received the prize of a five dollar gift code

Gold & Game pass quests summer edition

í completed last weeks quests for both game pass and xbox live gold. I haven't received Survival DLC, for Tom Clancy's The Division a Game pass Quest. I have also not received my Xbox Gold Quest Prize.

too qualify for the quest was I supposed to have Game Pass before September because I got game pass to do the quest and Cannot find it in my Game pass tab also when I try to check progress its says quest ineligible and I have already gotten 5 achievements
