    How long does it take rewards to update?

    Actually you need to post in the Rewards Support forum now. Punch cards are updated within 96 hours of completing a purchase. I have completed the Games on Demand punch card and have 20k credits pending.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We'll have our platform team look into why a punch was not automatically awarded. In the meanwhile, we'll adjust you for a punch so you can get that ASAP! You should see this adjustment
    by the end of next week, at the very latest.

    Wanted to thank you for the update. I haven’t been as fortunate, as I still haven’t received points or credit towards my Punch Card for movies purchased. Will continue to wait and will hopefully receive points and credit for Punch Card before month ends and it resets. Hope you have a great day.
