Finished an offer but no rewards

I completed one of the reward missions for this month for 6,000 reward credits "You’re one step closer to your Reward

Get ready to treat yourself. To earn this special Reward, just spend $60 before tax on ANY* content from the Xbox Store or Microsoft Movies & TV by March 31. That’s right… anything you choose, from pre-order games to movies and more.".
I reserved Mass Effect Andromeda and I had the money taken out of my bank account on 3/13/2017 and I read the FAQ and it says up to 4 days to process the rewards and it has been 5 days now. I would like to know why I haven't received the reward credits yet
and when I will most likely be seeing them on my end.

atleast give us our credit back when you go off line, bloody frustrating!!

going off line mid game or when the game has finished and not only loosing your credits you played but not getting your rewards either?? that's not on!!

I didnt finish Black Ops in single player, NOR did I even come close to finishing this games SP, they should have offered up a unique weapon for MP as a achievement reward for beating Hardcore mode,and even one for jus finishing regular mode, maybe an avatar
award lol.. Medal of Honor 2010 I did finish, also Modernwarfare 2 an world at war.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

There are no offers to reward Xbox Live Gold renewals. If you are still seeing any offers for that, let us know. There is an offer for Robo Rewards Achievements, but that is only for purchases made to complete the purchase offer of Robo Rewards.

That offer was only sent to select Rewards members, so not everyone was eligible for that offer. If you joined the Rewards program after the offer started, you would not have been one of the Rewards members selected for the offer and would not have been
