Finish Adding Security Info Issue

When trying to finish adding security info, there are 3 options, the first 2 when I select has the message, "Can't send a code to that number, please try a different one'. I notice that the number is not my mobile so I changed it in my Microsoft Account
and then tried again but it still shows the same number and message so I cannot proceed.

In addition, in Microsoft Subs and Services it does not show my current subs for my game pass, how can I cancel my subs when it does not show?

You can look on support.xbox.com for any information microsoft have regarding your security issues and your subscriptions can be accessed on an internet browser on Microsoft.com and then sign in and go to your account and then active subscriptions which
should appear on there if not if you are on xbox one you can access it through the settings menu going to account and pressing on subscriptions which should be shown on there and if it doesn't show on there you should phone Microsoft on 0344 800 2400 and they
can solve the subscription issue for you

Hello again, I understand, but being having a security number or email added to the account will not be able to recover it.

If you remember your account email, try adding an email or security number.

Having the SAME problems...have tried adding security info to account and clearing cache to no avail.
