Finding previous accounts I’ve had on my Xbox

When I first for my Xbox, I forgot my main accounts password. So I created a random account to set up my Xbox. Once I found out what my password was, I deleted the random account. The problem is when I set up my Xbox I used the random account to put the games that I received with my Xbox (using the little code cards you get when buying a Xbox.) I was wondering if there is a way I can find my old account so I could play the games I had

Unfortunately, once you delete an account or reset your console, you can't recover the account through the console for security reasons. Hi I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I’ve tried resetting the Xbox, making sure all of the add one are installed… it’s a Xbox one s, it’s just doing it when I try too start the game up. Everything’s installed. I’ve tried everything I could find online I don’t know what else to do. I literally just got this thing and the previous owner said they had no issues running a game. Everything is up to date as I can see.

When I click the link, it says that I do not have an account active my payments go back to when I first purchased my Xbox so I’ve only ever had one account. I’ve only had an Xbox since 2022..

Yeah, I’ve had the same issue with my Dead Space 3 content. I find that downloading it on a seperate account from the home account can fix it but that only solved some of the issues.

I’ve had the issue in the pas. For me, my Xbox randomly selected a chat that was practically all the way down my messages list, and marked it as unread. I just had to find it, and “read” it again.
