No. Microsoft won't give out that information.

If you log in on account.microsoft.com, and check your transactions on there, you should find the gift you ordered, and be able to see the code, just copy and send the code to the intended recipient. They should then be able to redeem it and download it.

I am sorry, but I believe it won't work the codes are Regionally locked.
