Finding my old acc email after 3 years

I have a problem like that but when I changed my email the first time 3 years ago I had access to my old email but after it sad i changed it to the new one it didnt. I closed my old email account and I got screwed by xbox live.now there are 3 years worth
of promotions in a email that doesnt exist for my profile. xbox screwed me.

Ok, so I went on settings, acc managment, acc security, and changed my Microsoft account but Warface BETA still thinks I'm using my OLD email adress instead of the new one. Please help

Hello. This is be ordinary on xbox one. I had my cousin make a xbox acc. A few years ago with my personal email and I signed up with that email. But I'm wanting the beta key on my xbox acc. The email is [Mod Removed] I already put the beta
code onto that acc. Just can't play because it's telling me it's denied. So If you could switch the accounts over that would be greatly appreciated

hello, i didn„t formulate the question that well at that time. So in short my microsoft account got deleted( idk how) and all my things got deleted or i don„t have acces. And i made a brand new microsoft account using the same email and it worked. but i don„t have acces to any of my bought games(minecraft, minecraft dungeons etc) and my minecraft account used the old microsoft account and because of that even if i have the same email as the old account, i don„t have acces to log into my mincraft account . And i wonder how to get my minecraft account back
