Finding a profile by email

is it possible to locate an xbox online profile by the email associated witht the account? My account was hacked and the person requested a refund on COD black ops 4 i purchased. I have the email that redeemed the code for the refund that thet requested.
I want to find out who it is since microsoft doesnt seem interested in doing anything about it.

you need to call xbox support in your region or chat support (support chat not ambassadors)

please do not post contact info on forums

If you haven't done so already, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation, but there is no way to find a profile just with the email.

 

Thanks, i appreciate the info. Ive contacted them twice so far, they had me do a refund request and then they denied the request.
