Finding a 3rd party authorized service center

There are no 3rd party authorised centers. If the Microsoft store is 2 hours away you have the option of sending it away for service instead.

We do not have recommendations for 3rd party repair centers, we usually recommend to go with a locally established repair center that is not just a friend or random backyard.

Apologies for not being able to provide specific repair centers, but remember that because the console is in warranty, you still have the option of
repairing the console with us.

Unfortunately you need to send it to a microsoft service center as microsoft dont have any authorised shops and in doing so may void the warranty

Thank you for the quick reply. I understand what you are suggesting but I really don't want to deal with any of that. I can appreciate that you don't recommend them but if I insist on using one can you at least point me in the right direction of how to
locate one

Thanks for coming to the forums. You can set up a repair on
Device support. The other option is to request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.



As the console is in warranty either of these is your best option. We do not recommend third party centers here on the forums.
