    Hi,

    I recently lost my ability to load saved files in game. I tried deleting the local files (located at C:\Users\-USERNAME-\AppData\Local\Packages\39EA002F.FINALFANTASYXVforPC_n746a19ndrrjg\SystemAppData\wgs\) and syncing with the cloud. It re-downloads
    the save files but I am unable to load them in game. Just shows blank save slots. Slot 1 and 2 which are normally for the auto-saves are highlighted blue but the game doesn't do anything when I try to load them.

    The issue is explained in this reddit post as well. But the solutions here don't work for me and I don't want to re-download the whole game.

    Is there a solution other than re-downloading the game?

    Just a guess

    I have a similar problem with FF XV: today I cannot see my saves (which I think were online saves) as you can see in here.

    There are also seems to be other players in a similar situation (as seen in the forum).

    So maybe there is currently a problem with the online save servers?

    Hi. They probably are separate versions. The Xbox One and PC version may not share the achievement list. Some games would like Final Fantasy XV Windows 10 Edition, but Forza may not.

    Any news? please microsoft fix this... 22hours in the game... already tried to reinstall, re-sync...nothing works... I have my save files in a separate folder just in case, tried to copy on by one, two by two, evertything but the game doesnt show them
    to load... I think that is a problem with how the menu works... I dont know..

    So I found out that you can play the game if you stay offline. Re-syncing with the cloud is corrupting the save files somehow. I tested this a number of times with new save files.

    Now I have started a new file but disconnect from the internet before launching the game. This prevents a re-sync from the cloud. 30+ hours with no problems.

    However, now I have to do manual back-ups of save files and can't access online content. This is not a problem for me personally so I am OK with it. At least I can play the base game.

    Hope this helps people who want to enjoy the game without having to worry about the cloud save bug.
