Final Fantasy XV promo code accidentally deleted.

I've pre-ordered the game as soon as it was possible, in march.

As part of the pre-order campaign, I was supposed to receive by Xbox Live message codes to redeem two avatar items, one outfit and one pet (probably an accessory). And, in fact, I received this Xbox Live message that contained the two codes ± 4 hours ago
from now. But when I tried to redeem codes directly from the console, without having noted them, I "miss-clicked" and erased the message. I don't think it's a big loss to be honest but, meh, that annoys me.

I tried to retrieve the deleted message on my Xbox One, on Xbox.com, on the Xbox App (W10 and Windows Phone)... Without succes.

The game was pre-ordered on the JP Marketplace (yes, it was me /s), but given the lateness of the hour, I contacted the NA chat support, who was really nice, and who directed me here.

I'd be glad if someone from Microsoft can get back my codes, or send again the deleted message.

FFXV pre-order codes disappeared or deleted

I received the promo codes for pre-ordering Final Fantasy XV today. There were three codes in one message. I no longer see the message in my inbox. I may have accidentally deleted them. Is it possible to recover these codes?

Sorry to bother you all it seem that I have just done the same as shalade and delete the code before I could finish reading the email . if there is any way the get the code back that would be awesome .
