    Final Fantasy XV Avatar Pre-Order Codes not received yet


    As the title suggests i have still not received my Avatar Costume & Pet Codes for my Pre-Order of FFXV. I purchased the game on 2nd. April so the 10 days waiting period is long overdue. I was told to post here again and hope you can help me and others affected
    with this problem.

    Hi, I pre-ordered Final Fantasy XV on the 3rd April 2016 and still haven't received the Pre-order bonus avatar item codes.

    It stated that they should have been delivered 10 days after pre-ordering by the latest.

    Can someone help?
