    I preordered FFXV for Xbox One on April 24th and have not received the avatar codes. I hear that this has been a problem for some people. What can I do to get those codes?

    Preordered FFXV but still haven't recieved avatar items

    Hello!

    I preordered Final Fantasy XV on March 31st yet I've just realised I haven't recieved my preorder avatar codes which were suppose to come 7-10 days after my preorder. Can anyone help?

    Hello, I preorder Final Fantasy XV and today recive xbox live message with 2 codes to unlock some avatar stuff. But I just miss button and delete message, try CS and they send me here. How can I get my codes?

    When did you pre-order the game? Do note that promotional items that are sent via Xbox Live messages can take 7-10 days to show up in your inbox. If after 10 days you don't have your codes, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll take a closer look.

    The Digital Premium edition of Final Fantasy XV is eligible for the Games on Demand punchcard. Final Fantasy XIV is not eligible for this punchcard, but I'm pretty sure you were asking about the newest one, XV. Just wanted to be clear!
