Final Fantasy XIII on xbox game pass win10 pc can't play

Hi, When I download and enter the game through the xbox app, I first log in to my account, there should be some setting options, but the game is dead, can't start. I have installed xbox identity provider and direct, c++ and other necessary software.

Has anyone encountered this problem and solved it?

Well i was struggling with this issue but I changed a setting that I would never thought would impact the game freezing and not letting the second profile identity box show. In the settings of the launcher I saw that the shadows was way high. So i lowered it into the 1000 x 1000. (sorry i'm at work so I can't remember the values exactly) But it was up in the 9000 range and didn't seem right. when I lowered this the game began with the sqaure enix logo then disapeared and the 2nd identity box showed up with no issues. I hit let's play and the game began as normal. So try to change that setting.

I had the same problem. but I think I have solved it.

I have a question, when you start the game, you can see 2 windows?

1 window shows the game (static).

and you will probably see another window that looks like a notepad. well, what I did was click several times on the window with the blog notes. after doing that, the game started to work.

I know this doesn't seem like a very reliable solution. but it worked for me.
