    Final Fantasy XII - Lost Savegames - Xbox Cloud problem


    I am so tired of a problem I have: its now the third time I played Final Fantasy XII, which I turned off the game and for some reason lost my progress - even with auto saving on and saving manually a couple of times... I suppose for some reason the cloud isn't updated and my saves get overridden by the saves in the cloud, or something, but with how game pass and this app works, there is no way to check for sure or back it up manually. I now lost around 9 - 12 hours of gameplay, which is very infuriating…. would be happy to get some help... its frustrating putting 30-40 hours into a game and not being able to progress further... already reinstalled the app and game... did not help at all.

    Regarding this you will need to get in touch with the online support. Access Contact us | Xbox Support, follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.
