    Almost a month since release and no points have been put on my reward account for the hard copy pre-order through microsoft store. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    PRE-ORDER PUNCHCARD MISSION NOT REGISTERING MY PRE-ORDERED GAMES HOW DO I GET MY POINTS

    I'm having the same issue, I Pre-ordered Watch Dogs 2, Mafia 3 and Final Fantasy XV. Both Watch Dogs 2 and Mafia 3 have "you Pre-ordered" underneath them but Final Fantasy doesn't even though I have downloaded it to my console already. My decision to Pre-order
    Final Fantasy was influenced by this offer so I really want my points. Final Fantasy 15 Pre-order Points ;)

    For the horror theme I'm missing the 2,000 points for buying the avatar items. Also, for the pre-order punch card I never got credit for pre-ordering Final Fantasy XV or Resident Evil 7.

    Pre-order punchcard question.

    I am about to pre-order Final Fantasy XV but still have not received any answer for this. If I do, will the system think that I have 3 games pre-ordered? And what would happen next? Will I get charged back once it is obvious that in reality I only had 2
    games pre-ordered? If that would be the case I will refrain from pre-ordering Final Fantasy XV. Could you please help me?

    Since your purchase was made on the release date for Final Fantasy, it did not award a punch. Since your purchase was close to the release date, we will manually award a punch, but please note that only pre-orders are eligible for this offer. Currently,
    the webpage is only set up to display your purchases of standard editions of games, which is why your Dead Rising purchase awarded a punch but is not marked as pre-ordered. Your purchase of Final Fantasy is not marked as pre-ordered for similar reasons.

    They're brilliant - Pre-ordered Final Fantasy XIII got it 4 days before release day. Pre-ordered Tropico 3 for £17.99 on 360.. good price considering it was £30+ everywhere else. Highly recommended.
