    Final Fantasy 13 on Game Pass PC Controls


    SO I tried launching into FF13 on my PC, and noticed almost immediately that the actual controls for certain buttons did not match up with the onscreen prompts. I.E the start menu has been mapped to R3 for some reason? Instead of the actual start button on my controller? I'm using a series x controller on my PC, connected through bluetooth.

    Other "Wrong" controls include Back being mapped to L3, LB and RB doing absolutely nothing when they're supposed to, and the right thumbstick not being assigned to camera movement, I still haven't figured out what it is actually mapped to. So far I haven't found any way to change the control mappings in game.

    Is this something anyone can help with? Or am I just going to have to play this one with keyboard and mouse?

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. I'm sorry you're having this problem.

    Follow the instructions below to remap your controller to a certain game.

    Download or run the “Xbox Accessories” app

    Connect your controller to PC

    After being recognized, click on configure

    The next screen will be the same as if you were using the console

    Make your changes and save.

    * You can save different settings for your Xbox controller, just create a new profile and name, for example, the game that looks best with that setting.

    Choose your control and click "Configure"

    Click on "New Profile"

    Name and do your configuration or remapping.

    Creating a new button configuration profile turns out to be easier than redoing the changes each time you play. You can switch between profiles and therefore select them before starting your games.
